Empowering Trauma Survivors

At RESTORE, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to manage the effects of trauma. Our mission is to provide high-quality support and training for trauma survivors that is Bible based and informed by research. We try our best to cater for people of faith, little faith or no faith at all.

Support and Restoration

Building Strength through Communities. Research clearly shows that Post Traumatic Growth (PTG) progresses in healthy group relationships, discovering the positive truth about ourselves and by finding a purpose in life. Our groups and training follow these and other principles to journey in restoration together.

Training and Empowerment

Positive Change in Action - We base our support groups and the training workshops on Bible wisdom, informative research and also from listening to survivors. These three inform what we do.
